From there they work with TEAM's missionaries in transition giving them guidance as they redeploy to another field, move on to another ministry, or into retirement. Since returning from Spain in 2014, Don & Paula settled in Colorado Springs, CO. For several years he also worked directly with the Federation of Independent Evangelical Churches of Spain in their Department of Evangelism & Missions and also served on the board of directors. Don served as the field director for 11 years giving guidance to TEAM's ministry in Spain. The program was aired on local stations in three different towns. In addition, during their final 10 years, they produced and directed a weekly 15-minute TV program from their church through which they shared scriptural principles applicable to daily life. Evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development formed the main focus of their work but at times they were also involved in prison ministry as well as ministry to drug addicts. They were involved in planting churches in various regions of the country. Don & Paula have served with TEAM in Spain since 1982.

We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. They are divided into two age groups: Sparks (K-2) and Truth and Training (3-6). Our program is offered to Kindergarten through 6th grade boys and girls from mid September through mid April.
